Basket Purse DIY Project

About a month ago, I came across this lovely white basket purse for fifty cents at a local thrift store. It was a great buy, as mentioned previously in my June thrift blog, and the interior mirror was what sold me on the latest addition to my ever growing purse collection.  It was cute as is but I felt like it needed a little something...

With a glue gun in tow I conjured up this little beauty.  It's now berry beautiful!

I recently purchased the plastic fruit at a wholesale arts and crafts store in downtown Los Angeles.  They look pretty real if I do say myself.

I can't wait to pair this up with an incredibly cute outfit!

What are some of your recent DIY projects?

Till' Next Time,

Suz

  1. Very cute! I'm always on the look out for wicker or straw purses that I can add my personal touch too.
